| USET Conference |
The USET conference will begin with a General Assembly Monday, February 13 at 8:30 a.m. Presentation will continue Tuesday, February 14 and Wednesday, February 15 . Anyone who wishes to present or who wants to suggest a topic for consideration should submit a letter to Kitcki Carroll, Executive Director, by January 30. Board of Directors - 2012 Impact Week Agenda The Board of Directors will conduct a closed session on Monday afternoon, February 13 to discuss internal business followed by Executive Session. The Board of Directors will meet Tuesday, February 14 and Wednesday, February 15 as part of the USET Conference. The Board of Directors' Business Meeting will be held on February 16 adjourning at approximately 1:00 p.m.

| Committee Meetings |
The USET Committees plan to meet at the Crystal Gateway Marriott February 13-16 . Anyone who wishes to present to a committee should contact the committee chair immediately to discuss their interest. Contact information for committee chairs can be found by clicking here, or by calling 615-872-7900

- When adding a new attendee to the online registration you must click add (on the right hand side) or your transaction will not be completed.
 - Speakers are exempt from the registration fee however, they must still register. Please fill out the registration form along with the audio/visual Request form form if you should need any equipment during your presentation.

| Cancellations and Substitutions |
USET must receive written notification in order to cancel a registration or make a substitution. Cancellations received before January 30 will receive a refund of the registration fee, less a $50 processing fee. Cancellations received on or after January 30 will not receive a refund. Substitutions may be made at any time by submitting written notification to USET.

Tribal Crafters
|
During the meeting, a limited number of spaces are available to members of federally recognized Tribes to sell Indian-made arts including crafts, jewelry and clothing. Please print and fill out the 2012 Crafters Guidelines Registration form then fax or mail it to the USET office.

Reagan Washington National Airport is approxi-mately 5 minutes from the Crystal Gateway
Marriott. The hotel provides a complimentary
shuttle service upon request from National Airport from 6:05 a.m. - 11:00 p.m. daily. The shuttle stops in front of Terminal A and Doors 5 and 9 on the Lower Level of Terminals B and C. |
