USET Network Exchange

In FY2010, USET will be initiating a 2-year Exchange Network Project focused on water quality data management and data submission to EPA using the Water Quality Exchange (WQX) framework.  USET anticipates a multi-partner node to interact with Tribal users and exchange applicable water quality data with EPA and other Tribal partners, if desired.

United South and Eastern Tribes and the National Congress of American Indians have co-hosted a two-day interactive “Reporting Water Quality Data and the Exchange Network” training workshop at the USET headquarters in Nashville, Tennessee on September 9-10. The workshop topics included an in-depth discussion of the FY10 Exchange Network solicitation, grant submission pointers, and live demonstrations of data management, mapping and reporting tools.
