On November 22, IHS sent a letter to Tribal Leaders initiating Tribal Consultation to seek input on additional American Rescue Plan Act, Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act, and Build Back Better Act funding. Please see information below to join the virtual consultation on December 14.

Tribal Leaders are also encouraged to submit written comments on the three funding sources to consultation@ihs.gov. Please use the Subject Line: American Rescue Plan Act, Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act, and Build Back Better Act. The deadline to provide written comments is Thursday, December 23, 2021.
