Bureau of Reclamation Consultation on Public Conduct on Facilities, Lands, and Waterbodies

The U.S. Bureau of Reclamation (USBR) will be hosting multiple tribal consultations to revise the regulations of 43 CFR part 423 Public Conduct On Bureau of Reclamation Facilities, Lands, and Waterbodies. Proposed changes will clarify the regulations that are intended to maintain law and order and protect persons and property. For more information, read the USBR Framing Paper on the proposed revisions. Submit written comments to bor-sha-cultural@usbr.gov beginning Tuesday, April 26, 2022, through Friday, May 6, 2022.

Tribal Consultations will take place on:

• Tuesday, April 26, 2022, from 10:00 to 11:30 a.m. MST: Register
• Friday, April 29, 2022, from 8:30 to 10:00 a.m. MST: Register
• Tuesday, May 3, 2022, from 12:00 to 1:30pm MST: Register
