The Global FX Division (GFXD) is a member-based trade association and work on behalf of the largest 25 global banks and are hosting this complimentary event to attract new diverse talent into their digital and fiat currency businesses. We are reaching out to see if you could share the below invitation with your membership and in return, we would list the NAFSA as a partner for our event.

Our event is about promoting foreign exchange (FX) as an industry by looking at the current FX market and development of digital currencies and how this impacts the future of FX. We have a keynote speaker from the NY Federal Reserve Bank – Michelle Neal (Head of the Markets Group) as our keynote/fireside chat speaker, and 2 panels containing senior bank representatives from digital product, custody and FX trading/sales businesses. At the conclusion of the panels, there will be a networking reception, which will offer multiple opportunities for attendees to network with FX leaders from the world’s leading FX banks.

What is unique about this event is access to the heads of foreign exchange from approx. 15 banks and their HR/DEI talent recruitment executives will be in attendance and available to connect with during the networking event, so it’s a direct conversation with the hiring managers.

The main aim of the event is to:
