The electronic health record is a tool in healthcare transformation – not the only tool, but an important foundation from which to build added technologies and services. Modernizing patient records is a key tenet of the Indian Health Service’s health IT modernization effort, and this webinar will explore how these records will assist practicing physicians in tribal communities to provide the quality, safety, and cost outcomes desired by patients and their families— from both clinical and technical perspectives.
