FEMA is opening a 30 day public comment period from Dec. 3\, 2024 – Jan. 2\, 2024\, and will host a government to government tribal consultation and two public webinars. The comment period is an opportunity for us to hear from Tribal Nations to gather additional feedback and ensure that this Guidance reflects the diverse perspectives and needs of those we serve.
