SUMMARY:Health IT Modernization August TC/UC
DESCRIPTION:The Indian Health Service (IHS) Health Information Technology (IT) Modernization Program is hosting a Tribal Consultation and Urban Confer (TC/UC) session on Thursday\, August 6 from 1:30-3:00 p.m. ET via Zoom.   \n\n\n\nDuring the session\, tribal and urban Indian organizations (T/UIOs) will learn about the Roadmap to Cohorts and receive updates on PATH EHR implementation efforts. T/UIO leaders and representatives will also have an opportunity to ask questions and provide feedback on ongoing implementation activities. \n\n\n\nThe tentative agenda for this session is as follows:  \n\n\n\n\nHealth IT Modernization Overview & Updates \n\n\n\nPilot Site Update \n\n\n\nRoadmap to Cohorts \n\n\n\nTribal and Urban Indian Organization Open Dialogue  \n\n\n\nUpcoming Engagement Opportunities \n\n\n\n\nPlease register by Wednesday\, August 5\, 2026\, by 5:00 p.m. ET for the TC/UC session.   \n\n\n\nAfter participants submit their registration\, we will review and confirm their tribal or urban affiliation. Once approved\, participants will receive a calendar invitation and meeting link via email the day before the session. \n\n\n\nOn behalf of the entire Program\, I look forward to our continued collaboration. Please reach out to Modernization@IHS.gov with questions or requests for more information.
