DESCRIPTION:Dear Tribal Leader Letter \nSeptember 27 at 1:00 pm – 3:00 pm Eastern\nRegister \nThe Clean Electricity Low-Income Communities Bonus Credit Amount Program promotes cost-saving clean energy investments in low-income communities\, on Indian land\, as part of affordable housing developments\, and directly benefiting low-income households. The proposed rules address the technology neutral version of the Low-Income Communities Bonus Credit Program under 48(e) of the IRS Code. In 2025\, 48(e) will be replaced by section 48E(h) and we welcome your comment on the proposed rules.
