DESCRIPTION:Dear Tribal Leader\, \n\n\n\nWith the recent signing of Secretarial Order (SO) 3443\, “Elevating and Unifying the Department of the Interior’s (DOI) Wild/and Fire Management Program\,” and Executive Order (EO) 14308\, ”Empowering Commonsense Wildfire Prevention and Response\,” the Department of the Interior is taking significant steps to streamline and strengthen its wildfire management capabilities. These initiatives aim to improve the Department’s effectiveness in wildland fire response\, while also promoting locally informed\, technology-enabled strategies for land management and wildfire mitigation. \n\n\n\nAs the Department plans for the most efficient and effective use of wildland fire offices\,coordinating bodies\, programs\, budgets\, procurement processes\, and research\, and\, as necessary\,recommends additional measures specific to servicing Tribes\, it is critical to obtain the Tribalperspectives. \n\n\n\nThe Department will conduct two (2) in-person and two (2) virtual Tribal consultation sessionsto accept oral and written comments. DESCRIPTION:Greetings from the Federal Communications Commission. \n\n\n\nOnline registration is now available for the Commission’s two virtual\, national Tribal Consultation opportunities on a comprehensive review of the FCC’s National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) rules.  The multi-month tribal consultation effort was announced on September 5\, 2025\, in Public Notice (DA 25-821) and shared in a Dear Tribal Leader Letter and Framing Paper.  \n\n\n\nRegister to join us virtually for one or both opportunities on: \n\n\n\n\nTuesday\, October 7\, 2025\, at 2:00 p.m. ET – Register Here\n\n\n\nWednesday\, November 12\, 2025\, at 2:00 p.m. ET – Register Here\n\n\n\n\nThese upcoming Tribal consultation opportunities are offered by the Office of Native Affairs and Policy of the Consumer and Governmental Affairs Bureau and the Wireless Telecommunications Bureau for federally-recognized Tribal Nations and Native Hawaiian Organizations to substantively engage on the topic.  Alaska Native Corporations may also request consultation meetings with FCC staff. \n\n\n\nEach virtual consultation will include an overview of the Notice of Proposed Rulemaking (FCC 25-47) adopted by the FCC on August 7\, 2025\, under WTB Docket No. 25-217. \n\n\n\nComments were due September 18\, 2025\, and Reply Comments are due October 3\, 2025. DESCRIPTION:Dear Tribal Leader: \nThe Administration on Children\, Youth and Families (ACYF) and the Children’s Bureau (CB) within the Administration for Children and Families (ACF) recognize the central role that Tribal Nations play in the care and protection of children and families. To advance our collaborative efforts to that end\, we extend an invitation to participate in formal tribal consultation on the “Supporting America’s Children and Families Act\,” (Public Law 118-258)\, which reauthorized Title IV-B of the Social Security Act (Act). \nConsultation will focus on the changes to title IV-B of the Act\, listed in detail in attached documents\, and how they may impact Tribes.
