Please mark your calendars and feel free to drop by during these times. \nWhen: The first and third Wednesday of every month at 11:00 am – 12:30 pm Central/12:00 pm – 1:30 pm Eastern \nWho should attend: USET member Tribal Nation Health Directors\, Clinical Application Coordinators (CACs)\, Case Managers\, PRC\, and other clinical staff. \nLearning objectives: These office hours are a great opportunity to discuss any questions\, requests\, or concerns you or your clinical staff may have regarding Social Determinants of Health\, GPRA measures\, EHR templates and reminders\, RPMS\, iCARE panels\, workflow management\, Patient-Centered Medical Home model and accreditation. \nRegistration is not required.
