DESCRIPTION:The National Indian Child Welfare Association and Native American Rights Fund are co-hosting a 60-minute webinar on the Uniform Law Commission (ULC) effort to develop a model state Indian Child Welfare Act (ICWA) that can be used by Tribal Nations to improve or establish a state ICWA law in their state.
