Our youth need these skill sets to help bridge the gap between being a novice or an expert in financial literacy knowledge\, which is the difference between simply understanding how money works and how to spend it\, to important life skills like budgeting\, developing a spending plan\, savings\, paying bills\, building a nest egg\, paying for an education\, buying a home\, investing\, etc. Join us for a two and a half-day\, state-of-the-art\, interactive instructor training to help Native CDFIs\, Tribal communities\, and other Native organizations establish and sustain financial education programs tailored for youth in our communities. \nRegistration is FREE for Native Americans and those working within Indian Country.

This ECHO is merged the previous COVID-19 and Hepatitis C ECHOs and will focus on a different topic every month. Additionally\, clinical cases are encouraged to be submitted to gain insight into healthcare recommendations from other medical providers working in the field.  This no-cost telehealth series will be held throughout 2023 on the second Friday of every month at 11:00 am Central/12:00 pm Eastern. \nEach session will be one hour in length that will provide an opportunity for participants to: \n\nLearn about emerging infectious diseases\nGain skills on treating different infectious diseases\nContinue to stay up to date on COVID-19\n\nThis month’s session will focus on HIV. \nWho should attend? For tax years beginning after December 31\, 2022\, an applicable entity that qualifies for a clean energy tax credit can make an elective payment election. This election will treat certain credits as a payment against their federal income tax liabilities rather than as a nonrefundable credit. The amount of the credit will first offset any tax liability of the entity and any excess will be refundable.

Specifically\, HHS is soliciting input on provisions in the NPRM that would require grant recipients to comply with applicable federal statutory nondiscrimination provisions\, require HHS compliance with applicable Supreme Court decisions in administering grants\, and provide a religious exemption for requirements from certain provisions.
