PBCI Environmental Hosts Community Mosquito Awareness Event

PBCI Environmental coordinated a Mosquito Community Event to bring awareness on how to control mosquitoes as a home owner. PBCI Environmental partnered with United South and Eastern Tribe (USET), PCBI Youth Clubs (Keystone Club and Torch Club), PBCI Public Works, PBCI Housing and PBCI Health Clinic to make this event possible.  USET provided the Tribe with a mosquito bag which contained information on mosquito prevention, mosquito barrier wipes and pack of mosquito dunks to be utilized around their home. The group visited the five Tribal subdivisions (approximately 165 homes) in and around the Tribe and left the USET mosquito bag and conducted a survey noting any items that may be a breeding ground for mosquitos for the homeowner.
