DESCRIPTION:Dear Tribal Leaders\, \nOn behalf of the National Institutes of Health (NIH)\, we invite you to participate in two upcoming Tribal Consultations and one listening session to take place at the National Congress of American Indians (NCAI) 83rd Annual Convention & Marketplace in Palm Springs\, California held October 19 – 20th\, 2026. Please find attached the Dear Tribal Leader Letters and Framing Letters for each Tribal Consultation.
