DESCRIPTION:Hosted by the USET member Mid-Atlantic Tribal Nations   \nREMINDER: Dissimilar to many other Tribal/Native organizational meetings and conferences held across Indian Country\, the USET and USET SPF Impact Week and Annual Meetings are Board of Directors meeting convenings and are not open for general\, public registration. Anyone who is not representing a member Tribal Nation would need an invitation from the organization and/or a member Tribal Nation in order to attend and participate. \n  \nHotel Information\nDoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Williamsburg50 Kingsmill Rd Williamsburg\, VA 23185 \nPlease use this booking link to reserve your room. The rate is $125/night. Room block registration ends at 5:00pm EST on October 2\, 2026 \nGuests may also make reservations by calling the hotel directly at 800-222-8733 and asking for the USET/USET SPF 2026 BOD room block. You may also refer to the group code UST.  \n  \nRegistration\nRegistration will open soon. \nAll attendees are strongly encouraged to register in advance. \nThe early bird registration fee is $300 for USET committee members and general attendees.The registration fee increases to $350 on September 9\, 2026. \nCancellation and Substitution Information \nCancellations made prior to September 28\, 2026 will receive a refund of the registration\, less a $50 processing fee. Emergency resolutions must be received by 5:00 pm local time during the first day of the USET SPF meeting. The USET Tribal Epidemiology Center (USET TEC) is a designated public health authority and encourages all attendees to adopt general health measures to protect themselves and others\, such as: \n\nStaying home when feeling unwell.\nWashing hands frequently and thoroughly.\nPracticing respiratory etiquette (e.g.\, covering coughs and sneezes).\nRemaining aware of potential health risks and staying informed about public health updates.
