A coalition of more than a dozen Native organizations will come together on Tuesday, December 5, for an in-person briefing for Tribal leaders on policy priorities ahead of the White House Tribal Nations Summit (December 6-7). Participants will hear from White House staff about the logistics of the event and will have an opportunity to ask questions. Additionally, staff from a large coalition of Native organizations will walk through policy priorities on topics ranging from education to public safety and climate change. The event will take place at The Westin Washington Hotel (999 9th Street NW Washington, D.C. 20001) and Tribal leaders who attend will receive a written briefing booklet with policy priorities, talking points, and other useful information leading up to the summit.
