The Summer TIBC will be conducted virtually on August 5 and 6. Both sessions will commence at noon Eastern Time and adjourn at 6:00 PM Eastern Time. The draft agenda is available at TIBC Meetings 2026 | Indian Affairs. The meeting link for the virtual session is provided at the top of the agenda.

• Summer Subcommittee Meetings: We will contact subcommittee chairs to facilitate the scheduling of 2-hour subcommittee meetings, which will be held a week prior to and leading up to the main meeting. Upon finalization of timeslots, meeting links will be included in the agenda.
• Tribal Caucus: The Tribal Caucus meeting link will also be posted and scheduled for the day preceding the main meeting.
