Dear Tribal Leader:

The Office of the Assistant Secretary – Indian Affairs (AS-IA), in collaboration with the Office of Facilities, Property and Safety Management (OFPSM) and the Office of Tribal Leases (OTL), invites Tribal representatives to participate in one of two virtual Consultation Sessions regarding recent proposed updates to the I05(1)-facility lease process.

105(1) Facility Lease Guide Updates

During these virtual Consultation Sessions, the OTL will consult on proposed changes to the 105(1) facility lease process that will include topics such as the cost approach method, lease application deadlines, Principal and Interest (P&l), depreciation, reserve funding related to federally owned or funded facilities, and an optional construction pre-approval.

Consultation Session Dates and Times

Each virtual Consultation Session will be one hour in length and will cover the same information. Participants may attend the session that best fits their schedule. Please see below for details and advance registration links.
