The Administrative Conference of the United States (ACUS) will host a listening session on August 21, 2025, to hear from tribal leaders and their designated representatives about federal agency approaches and processes for collaborating with tribal governments when administering federal programs. The listening session is part of a project, “Federal Agency Collaboration with State, Local, Tribal, and Territorial Governments,” that is expected to result in recommendations to federal agencies.
