The USDA Tribal Advisory Committee will be convening to deliberate on advice and guidance for the Secretary on matters relating to Tribal and Indian affairs. The committee is authorized to meet under the Agriculture Improvement Act of 2018 (the 2018 Farm Bill) and operates in compliance with the Federal Advisory Committee Act.

Members of the public may register hear these deliberations and/or to provide public comment to the Tribal Advisory Committee. Public comment will only be accepted between 2:00-3:30pm Pacific Time on Monday, December 8th and must be limited to no more than 5 minutes per person.

Written public comment must be submitted by Thursday, December 4, 2025, at 11:59pm Eastern Time via Tribal.Relations@usda.gov.
