Infrastructure

The Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act (IIJA), also commonly referred to as the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law, was signed into law on November 15, 2021. At $550 billion in funding, it has been considered to be the largest investment in infrastructure projects and programs in a generation. USET/USET SPF has developed this resource page to assist our member Tribal Nations in navigating the numerous programs and funding opportunities that were authorized by the IIJA, as well as other federal funding opportunities available. This page will be periodically updated as new laws, programs, and funds are established related to infrastructure projects and programs.
