The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) Division of Tribal Affairs (DTA), in collaboration with the National Indian Health Board, will hold an All Tribes Webinar Wednesday, August 13, from 3-4 p.m. Eastern.

The webinar will provide an overview of and introduction to the Medicaid tribal provisions in the One Big Beautiful Bill Act (Public Law 119-21). This bill was enacted into law July 4, 2025. Presenters will discuss how the provisions of the law impact American Indian and Alaska Native Medicaid beneficiaries. Additionally, the presenters will explain how other CMS programs may be impacted by the law, with potential tribal implications.
