The webinar meeting is meant to enhance communication and cooperation between the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) and Tribal leaders, representatives, and members. Important announcements and the sharing of vital information between the DHS and Tribal governments and communities take place at this monthly meeting.
Representatives from the Office of Partnership and Engagement, Intergovernmental Affairs, and DHS components will provide updates and respond to attendee inquiries in the next meeting.
Attendees should expect:
- The information on relevant programs and upcoming projects could potentially influence tribal governments and communities.
- They will get a presentation on the Enhanced Tribal Card.
- This event is an opportunity for Tribal leaders and representatives to ask questions, exchange ideas, and engage in discussions about emerging issues that impact their communities.
