EPA and Army Host Waters of the United States Virtual Listening Sessions

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and the Department of the Army are hosting a listening session related to the intent to revise the definition of “waters of the United States” (WOTUS). The agencies invite Tribal Nations to discuss certain key topics related the to the implementation of the definition of WOTUS, along with information related to treaty or similar rights, Indigenous knowledge and sacred sites. Government-to-government consultation on this action is available until May 20, 2025. Details regarding the upcoming listening sessions are as follows—
