The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development is beginning the rulemaking process on the Indian Community Development Block Grant program regulations (24 CFR 1003) and is hosting a consultation to get feedback from Tribal Nation leaders. Specifically, the Office of Native American Programs is seeking Tribal Nation feedback on these regulations, which have not been updated in nearly two decades. The virtual consultation session will take place on Tuesday, December 12, beginning at 12:30 p.m. EST.
