This training assists Tribal Nations and Tribally Designated Housing Entities (TDHEs) in completing the proper steps to convey units as they are paid off. This class helps Tribal housing professionals and other interested individuals to understand their roles and responsibilities in transferring the housing unit, as well as helping homeowners understand their new responsibilities.
