The consultation on the Permitting Council’s Tribal Consultation Policy and Plan will be held virtually on the date below. Registration is required to participate in the consultation.

Background

The Permitting Council is responsible for implementing Executive Order (E.O.) 13175, “Consultation and Coordination With Indian Tribal Governments.” The enclosed draft Tribal Consultation Policy and Plan implements E.O. 13175.
