On December 15, 2025, from 12:00-1:30pm ET, the National Indian Health Board (NIHB) will host a virtual Tribal caucus in preparation for the upcoming series of Tribal consultations on the ongoing realignment of the Indian Health Service (IHS).The purpose of this caucus is to provide an overview of the next phase of the IHS realignment proposal and offer a dedicated space for Tribal leaders, health professionals, and policy advisors to share perspectives and raise questions ahead of the in-person consultations.
