The U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) will be hosting a Tribal Listening Session to receive input from Tribal Nations on USDA Rural Development’s environmental review process. Specifically USDA is soliciting input on its environmental review policies and procedures in 7 CFR Part 1970. Details on the Listening Session are as follows—
