The USDA Tribal Advisory Committee will be convening to deliberate on advice and guidance for the Secretary on matters relating to Tribal and Indian affairs. The committee is authorized to meet under the Agriculture Improvement Act of 2018 (the 2018 Farm Bill) and operates in compliance with the Federal Advisory Committee Act.

Members of the public may register to hear these deliberations and/or to provide public comment to the Tribal Advisory Committee. Public comment will only be accepted between 3:00-4:00pm Eastern Time on September 18th and must be limited to no more than 5 minutes per person.

Written public comment must be submitted by Monday September 15, 2025, to Tribal.Relations@usda.gov.
