This Technical Assistance Guide provides information to assist with planning, project development, project finance, grant writing, and project management and compliance. It is meant to support efforts of Tribal, state, and local communities to increase access to funding from the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law, the Inflation Reduction Act, and other federal financial assistance programs to deploy infrastructure and clean energy projects.
