The Indian Health Service (IHS) Health Information Technology (IT) Modernization Program is hosting a Tribal Consultation and Urban Confer (TC/UC) session on Thursday, August 6 from 1:30-3:00 p.m. ET via Zoom.  

During the session, tribal and urban Indian organizations (T/UIOs) will learn about the Roadmap to Cohorts and receive updates on PATH EHR implementation efforts. T/UIO leaders and representatives will also have an opportunity to ask questions and provide feedback on ongoing implementation activities.

The tentative agenda for this session is as follows: 

• Health IT Modernization Overview & Updates 
• Pilot Site Update 
• Roadmap to Cohorts 
• Tribal and Urban Indian Organization Open Dialogue  
• Upcoming Engagement Opportunities 

Please register by Wednesday, August 5, 2026, by 5:00 p.m. ET for the TC/UC session.  

After participants submit their registration, we will review and confirm their tribal or urban affiliation. Once approved, participants will receive a calendar invitation and meeting link via email the day before the session.
