HEARTH Act Overview Training

The National HEARTH Act team will be presenting a Tribal Outreach webinar for Tribes. They will be covering the 52 IAM 13 policy and the BIA Tribal Checklist for HEARTH Act regulations.
There is no cost to attend this training session. This will be the last one for calendar year 2023. They will be planning more outreach sessions in 2024.

The HEARTH Act overview training is presented by the BIA Office of Trust Services, Division of Real Estate Services (DRES) in collaboration with the Office of the Solicitor (SOL).
